Traveling Photographers: Customized packages are available for travel to any location on the planet.
A Second Photographer: A custom quote will be provided for you on request.
Retainer: A non-refundable retainer totaling one-third of the final balance (or minimum of $1,500, whichever is greater) is required with submission of contract in order to reserve the services of your photographer. The non-refundable remaining balance is due 30 days before the wedding day. Any overpayment due to overestimation of expenses will be refunded following the wedding. Retainer should be paid by check, final payment can be made by check, Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
Rescheduling: If you reschedule your wedding and desire to re-book your Wedding Bureau photographer, we are happy to help. But please note that the photographer you initially chose may not be available for the new date. And, some extra fees may apply.
Other Services:
Rehearsal Dinner: Photographic coverage of your rehearsal dinner is $1,295 and includes up to 4 hours of the photographers time. You can expect about 200-300 photos. Your pictures will be included in the package you choose for your wedding.
Bridal Portrait: Pre-wedding bridal portrait 2-hour session available for $895, includes approximately 120 proofs. The pictures will be online on a private website for you to view. You can order final prints directly from the website.
Engagement Photo: Engagement photo session of 1 hour with the bride and groom are available for $550. These are photographs suitable for newspaper publication and includes approximately 50 proofs and inclusion on your website if you choose a package that includes an online option.
About Your Online Proofs:
For Options 2-6 your pictures will be online at a private website for 6 months. (For Option 1, your photos will be available for 3 months.) You have ultimate control over which photos are posted and who accesses the site. Prior to your wedding you will be given an “event key”. You can distribute this password to the people you wish to allow access to the site. Reprints can be ordered directly from the site. This eliminates the need for you to be the go between when friends or family want to order reprints. Your photos will be posted approximately 2-3 weeks after your wedding. |
